Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using SparkSync, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. By using SparkSync you confirm you meet these requirements.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated.

Verification

Face verification is required to use SparkSync. We may refuse or revoke verification at our discretion. Verification is a good-faith effort to confirm identity and does not guarantee any user's behavior or safety.

The Service

SparkSync offers discovery, 5-minute video dates, and — when both people opt in to "Keep Chatting" — messaging and longer calls for that pair. Calls take place directly between participants. We do not record calls.

Acceptable Use

  • Treat others with respect. Harassment, hate, threats, and sexual content are not allowed.
  • No impersonation, fake profiles, or sharing another person's images without consent.
  • No spamming, scraping, or automated use of the service.
  • Do not use SparkSync for illegal or harmful purposes.

Violations may result in removal from the community and termination of your account. Use the in-app reporting tools to flag concerns.

Safety

You are solely responsible for your interactions with others. SparkSync does not conduct background checks. Meet in public, trust your instincts, and report any concerning behavior.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the Profile page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimers & Limitation

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SparkSync is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or interactions with other users.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. For questions, contact hello@sparksync.app.
